At Hollow, all sales are subject to the terms below. By purchasing from our website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.

We accept returns only for eligible items that meet all conditions outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, or cancellation request that does not comply with these terms.

We are not responsible for customer error, incorrect sizing choices, failure to read product descriptions, shipping delays outside our control, or improper care of garments after delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be:
  • unworn
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • free of odor, stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup, smoke smell, or damage
• All original tags, packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item does not meet our standards, the return will be rejected and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

3. Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstance unless required by law:

• Limited drops
• Pre-orders
• Discounted items
• Sale items
• Promotional purchases
• Gift cards
• Socks, undergarments, or intimate apparel
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Mystery items
• Items marked “Final Sale”

We reserve the right to classify additional items as final sale at any time prior to purchase.

4. Sizing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing information before purchase.

Measurements, fit references, garment washes, distressing, dye patterns, and shrinkage may vary slightly between products due to manufacturing tolerances.

We do not guarantee fit. Returns or refunds based solely on sizing dissatisfaction may be denied.

5. Exchanges

If exchanges are offered:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• We do not reserve inventory while a return is in transit
• If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

• order number
• description of the issue
• clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective. Normal wear, improper washing, fading, cracking, shrinkage, loose threads, distressing variations, and minor manufacturing inconsistencies do not automatically qualify as defects.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to deduct:

• return shipping fees
• restocking fees
• payment processing losses
• customs charges
• refused shipment costs
• damage fees for returned items not in original condition

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

• refusal of future service
• cancellation of pending orders
• permanent account restrictions
• submission of supporting evidence to the payment processor

Fraudulent disputes may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility may pass to the carrier.

We are not liable for:

• lost packages marked as delivered
• stolen mail
• incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
• customs delays
• weather delays
• courier issues outside our control

Customers are responsible for filing carrier claims where applicable.

10. Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to:

• return shipping deductions
• restocking fees
• cancellation fees

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

11. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:
